Who We Are…
G.M.O.N.S. Pathways to Purpose is a nonprofit movement rooted in building Grateful, Miraculous, Observant, Noble, and Sincere individuals from birth through adulthood. We exist to close learning gaps and open pathways to opportunity, equipping individuals and families with the tools they need to grow emotionally, cognitively, and behaviorally.
Through early childhood support, parent education, youth development, community enrichment, and transitional support for adolescents and young adults, we create spaces where growth is intentional and purpose is discovered.
Our work goes beyond programs. We cultivate mindset, character, and generational impact. At our core, we are guided by five defining principles: a life rooted in gratitude; resilience that feels miraculous; awareness shaped through intentional observation; leadership grounded in quiet nobility; and showing up with genuine sincerity.
We don’t just support development. We shape purpose driven lives and stronger communities.

I'm a mother of five, an Early Interventionist, and a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) therapist who has dedicated my career to helping children and families overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
Growing up taught me that a single opportunity can change the direction of a life. That belief has guided both my personal journey and my professional work. After years of serving families in homes, schools, and communities, I recognized a common reality: families want the very best for their children, but many lack access to the support, education, and resources they need to thrive.
That realization inspired me to establish G.M.O.N.S. Pathways to Purpose Foundation.
Our mission extends beyond meeting immediate needs. We are committed to empowering children, strengthening families, and creating meaningful opportunities through education, mentorship, family support, and community partnerships. We believe every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential, and every family deserves access to the tools that make lasting success possible.
For me, this foundation is more than an organization, it's a promise to leave every child, every family, and every community stronger than we found them.
